We understand that wholesale clients have the closest relationship with our consumers! Thank you for bringing Pet Vet Mat to your customers – we’re sure they’ll be satisfied!

Wholesale customers must provide a resale tax certificate and ID.

Please review our wholesale customer policies below:

Minimum Orders
All wholesale orders must be a minimum of $300 retail.

Payment Terms
Mastercard, Visa, Amex, C.O.D., Pro forma
Net 30 Terms

Our credit policy is for established accounts in good standing at the sole discretion of Ezee Visit Pet Vet Mat. Please contact chris@petvetmat.com for more information

Back Orders
Back orders of less than $50 will be cancelled.

Shipping
Orders ship via USPS unless otherwise specified.
We do not drop ship.

Returns
All returns must be authorized and must be made within 10 days of receipt. Please contact chris@petvetmat.com or call 207-653-4104. Returns of under $100 will incur a $25 processing fee.

Refused Deliveries
Refused deliveries of authorized shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee.
