• Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable. If the product is defective we will replace or repair your custom product.
• Standard stock products purchased directly from Pet Vet Mat are returnable for full refunds within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
• Products must be in good condition.
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• Products purchased on sale are non-returnable after five business days.
• Refunds are processed within 30 days after receipt of the returned product.
• We do not support returns, reships, or credits for items shipped internationally through a third party.

Damaged or Defective Items
We believe in quality, and strive to produce the best quality product. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement. Please include your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address in the return box. After we process your return, you will receive refund or a repaired or replaced product.

Refunds
We provide refunds in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Refunds include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling is not refundable, unless the return is a result of a manufacturer or shipping error.
